How does the hire process work?
Hiring from us is super simple! Once you have found the PERFECT dress for your special occasion follow these steps:
- Using our online booking system, BOOK your garment within a 3 day hire period (1 day prior, event date and 1 day after event date - Return day).
- Once your dates are locked in and you've received your confirmation email you can pick a time on your pick up day to receive the hire garment.
-On the return date simply return back to Thankyou Next Hire by 4pm.
Do you offer try-on's?
Absolutely! We understand you need to try before making any decisions, we have a try-on space located in BOWEN HILLS, 4006. We go by appointment only (30mins). There is only 1 person per 30 min booking able to try on our dress range.
Strictly only 30 mins per appointment booking.
Try-on's are subject to availability - please contact us regarding the garments you are wanting try before your appointment so we can let you know if it's available.
Where are you located? Is there parking?
Our try-on space and drop-off/pick-up location is located in BOWEN HILLS, 4006.
Address is given upon hire booking or appointment bookings.
There is metered street parking (15 mins free).
Thankyou Next Hire is not responsible for customer parking
What happens if I stained my hire?
This is ok, please do not stress!!
We understand accidents happen, we please ask that you DO NOT try to wash or repair the garment as this can lead to further damage.
Please let Thankyou Next Hire know of any staining or damages to the garment as soon as possible.
(Fee's may apply if the dress is non repairable or needs extra cleaning- see terms & conditions for more information)
Will I need to clean my hire garment before returning it back?
We take care of all the cleaning! All garments are cleaned before and after a hire which means the price for cleaning is included in the original hire purchase.
Please DO NOT try and clean the dress yourself as this can cause further damage/staining.
Additional cleaning costs will only be charged if the dressed is returned with major issues (this is determined by us).
Major issues may include but not limited to: extra dry cleaning services, stubborn stains, dirt and/or fake tan stains.
How long can I hire a garment for?
A typical hire with us is over 3 day period ( 1 day prior to your event and 1 day following - Return day!).
Please contact us if you may need the dress for longer and we can organise arrangements. Additional fees may apply.
